MY BABY are on their way to New-Zealand
MY BABY is a roots-driven hypnotic dance Dutch/New Zealand trio. It’s a sound informed by voodoo blues and ancient folk and then fused with the rawness of seventies funk, African desert blues, Moroccan gnawa, Indian raga and a touch of EDM.
They have been spreading their psychedelic blues-trance rave to the approval of audiences worldwide featuring on festivals such as Glastonbury, Sziget, Lowlands and Pinkpop. MY BABY was also the first dutch act ever who played the main stage at ‘Isle of Wight’. Their second album, Shamanaid, was rewarded with an Edison (Dutch Grammy) for ‘Best Album Alternative’.
After a very busy and successful 2017 which saw the release of their new album ‘Prehistoric Rhythm’ and well over 100 shows the band will once again embark on tour in New Zealand including festivals such as Splore, Electric Avenue and Evolve.New Zealand Tour Dates
